1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the butpkr platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the butpkr platform.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and butpkr with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

butpkr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice for minor amendments. For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, butpkr will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and via a prominent platform notification. Your continued use of butpkr after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on butpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. butpkr enforces a strict 21+ policy and conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or family member of an employee of butpkr or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently active on butpkr or any associated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain that information throughout your use of the platform.

butpkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by butpkr may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality.

4 Account Management

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) active butpkr account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. butpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must notify butpkr support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• All transactions conducted through your account are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to the transaction.
• butpkr reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting butpkr support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course following closure.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. butpkr may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable regulatory guidelines. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on butpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). butpkr supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. butpkr reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• butpkr does not accept deposits from payment accounts or bank accounts held in names other than your own verified name.
• Deposits made for the purpose of taking advantage of a bonus and immediately withdrawing without genuine wagering activity may be considered abuse and result in account review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to butpkr's AML policy.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts are restricted to a maximum withdrawal of PKR 5,000.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• butpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above PKR 100,000, which may extend processing time.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the butpkr platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or instant games. These product-specific rules are published within each game or market and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• A bet is not considered accepted until butpkr's system has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. A bet confirmation displayed on-screen constitutes acceptance.
• butpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the outcome recorded in butpkr's transaction logs shall be the authoritative record.
• butpkr's trading team reserves the right to limit bet stakes for any Player at any time without providing a reason. This includes restricting the maximum wager on specific events or markets.
• Live in-play bets are subject to temporary suspension during certain moments of a match or event. Bets placed during a suspended period will be rejected and funds returned to your PKR wallet.

Casino games on butpkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and table game are published in the game information panel. butpkr does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

butpkr offers various promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and free bets. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

• Bonus offers are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be turned over before they become withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• butpkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time. Players with active bonus wagering cycles will be given reasonable notice before any adverse change takes effect.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitute abuse.
• Certain games may contribute at reduced rates — or not at all — to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.
• butpkr reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings where abuse of the bonus system is detected.

8 Responsible Gaming

butpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, butpkr provides the following tools — all available immediately from your account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR can be deposited to your account. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Loss limit decreases take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour delay.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the butpkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

butpkr staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players who display at-risk behaviour patterns. Players may also contact our 24/7 support team at any time to discuss responsible gaming concerns or to activate any of the above tools immediately.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the butpkr platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one butpkr account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with or extract data from the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a manner that is not consistent with legitimate gameplay.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that are designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of the outcome, in a manner that abuses butpkr's pricing.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account access with or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing butpkr staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the butpkr platform.

butpkr reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — upon detection of any prohibited conduct. butpkr will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in any investigation involving suspected illegal activity on the platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the butpkr platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of butpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the butpkr platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any butpkr content without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on butpkr content or platform functionality.
• Use butpkr's trademarks, service marks, or trade names in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame or mirror any part of the butpkr platform on any other website or application.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to butpkr regarding the platform may be used by butpkr freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, butpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to butpkr in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall butpkr be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond butpkr's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

butpkr does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. butpkr will endeavour to restore service promptly and will void any bets affected by platform errors during such periods.

12 Privacy & Data

butpkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on butpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• butpkr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
• butpkr implements industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to butpkr's legal retention obligations.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated butpkr account at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting butpkr support directly via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all pending wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification issues exist.

butpkr reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice where:

• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms.
• butpkr is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.
• butpkr reasonably suspects that your account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Continued maintenance of your account poses an unacceptable risk to butpkr, other Players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for breach, butpkr reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real-money deposits net of any fraudulent gains will be returned to you following completion of any applicable investigation.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which butpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the butpkr platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution of the dispute through butpkr's internal complaints procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing via the live chat or email support channel. butpkr aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate the matter to butpkr's compliance team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".
3. Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the complaint remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body approved by butpkr's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Pakistani players retain all rights afforded to them under Pakistani consumer protection legislation to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
